Q: How soon can I start the course after giving birth?
- A: You can start as soon as your healthcare provider gives you the green light, usually around 6 weeks postpartum.
Q: Do I need any special equipment?
- A: No special equipment is needed. Our exercises are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment.
Q: How long will it take to see results?
- A: Many moms start noticing improvements within a few weeks, with significant results typically seen after 8-12 weeks of consistent practice.

Activation of the respiratory system and abdominal muscles through massage tactics, breathing techniques, focus shifting, etc.
Intensified work with abdominal muscles,
